At the Boobtique, we teaching HypnoBirthing International - The Mongan Method. This HypnoBirthing course is: - Recognized worldwide as a leading childbirth education program - Is in 46 countries with fully certified ‘Gold Seal’ Educators - Recognized as the Gold Standard as Childbirth Education - Protecting, promoting, and supportive of natural birth, but most importantly, ‘positive birth’ - A comprehensive program with key strategies to reduce the use of unnecessary medical interventions - A program with research, results, and success - A program that consists of 5, 2.5 hour classes. This format has been proven to condition the mothers mind and body in preparation for birth - A program for pregnant families, teaching and empowering birth partners to properly support and advocate for mom and baby during labor and birth ***IMPORTANT- Note that this class is once a week for FIVE weeks. Classes are held on the same time and day of the week. Please schedule accordingly to be able to meet this commitment.
