Come take a deep dive into all the natural interventions available to achieve a birth without the use pharmacological pain medications while connecting with others in a group style class. Natural Coping Measures for Birth will help you learn to cope with surges through distraction tools, positioning, water therapy, counter pressure, and more. Class will take about 3 hours. $100.00 per couple.
