NATURAL COPING MEASURES FOR LABOR AND BIRTH Thursday, November 9th, 2023 6:00pm EST Virtual class Via Zoom About: Come take a deep dive into all the natural interventions available to achieve a birth without the use pharmacological pain medications while connecting with others in a group style class. Natural Coping Measures for Birth will help you learn to cope with surges through distraction tools, positioning, water therapy, counter pressure, and more. Each class is $150 per couple
