In- Person Group HypnoBirthing Class

At the Boobtique, we teaching HypnoBirthing International - The Mongan Method. 

This HypnoBirthing course is: 

- Recognized worldwide as a leading childbirth education program 

- Is in 46 countries with fully certified ‘Gold Seal’ Educators 

- Recognized as the Gold Standard as Childbirth Education 

- Protecting, promoting, and supportive of natural birth, but most importantly, ‘positive birth’ 

- A comprehensive program with key strategies to reduce the use of unnecessary medical interventions 

- A program with research, results, and success 

- A program that consists of 5, 2.5 hour classes. This format has been proven to condition the mothers mind and body in preparation for birth 

- A program for pregnant families, teaching and empowering birth partners to properly support and advocate for mom and baby during labor and birth 

***IMPORTANT- Note that this class is once a week for FIVE weeks. Classes are held on the same time and day of the week. Please schedule accordingly to be able to meet this commitment. Missed classes will not be rescheduled.***
