At the Boobtique, we teach HypnoBirthing International - The Mongan Method. 

This HypnoBirthing course is:

- A comprehensive program with key strategies to reduce the use of unnecessary medical interventions

- A program that consists of 5, 2.5 hour classes. This format has been proven to condition the mothers mind and body in preparation for birth 

- A program for pregnant families, teaching and empowering birth partners to properly support and advocate for mom and baby during labor and birth 

HypnoBirthing also helps:

- decrease the risk of preeclampsia and dehydration

- decrease the risk/ need for interventions and surgical birth

- decreases the need for Pitocin or labor augmentation

- decrease or eliminate the need for pain medication

- create happier and more content moms and babies

- increase babies alertness after delivery with helps with early and successful breastfeeding initiation

- decreases the risk of postpartum depression

- leads to higher APGAR scores after delivery

***IMPORTANT- Note that this class is once a week for FIVE weeks. Classes are held on the same time and day of the week. Please schedule accordingly to be able to meet this commitment. Missed classes will not be rescheduled.***
